Before we start calling for you we need to understand your business and your goals. 
We will spend at least half a day with you to learn about your company, we call this a Briefing Meeting, during this meeting we will discuss:

 

  • Your company background
  • Your products and services
  • The benefits your clients gain from your products and services
  • What are your Unique Selling Points (USP’s)?
  • Typical objections
  • The geographical location and sectors you wish us to target
  • Typical decision making unit
  • Your goals for the project and how you would like us to qualify your appointments
  • Our reporting method

 


Your Data

 

We are very experienced at buying the best data for your needs.  Once we have agreed on the type of companies you want us to target we are happy to buy data on your behalf or we can call your existing prospect list if you have one.  We use excel spreadsheets which are easy to work with and can be imported into your CRM system.

 

The data always belongs to you and is returned to you at the end of the project, a lot of our clients regard this data as invaluable as it acts like a pipeline for the future.  We highlight any hot leads and make a note of every conversation we have with your prospects.

 

 

Agreeing Your Unique Selling Points (USPs)


We will agree with you the benefits and features of the products and services to be promoted, such that they will be the focus of all telemarketing conversations. This will not become a script used in every call, more a list of qualities that will be covered.
